The Red River Regional Dispatch Center (RRRDC) provides emergency and non-emergency services for several agencies in our area. We answer hundreds of calls per day, both 9-1-1 and administrative. We handle emergency communications for law enforcement, fire and EMS agencies in Cass and Clay County. Each day in our center is an adventure because no two days are alike, and no one can predict what the next phone call will bring.
