Jill Neubauer Architects, Inc. is dedicated to the design of each building as a unique response to the Owner and the site. Each Owner has a complex set of goals, which are considered in all phases of the project. These goals combine with the site and context to become the driving force of the design process. Every project is unique and dedicated to its own criteria. We are committed in our work to the integration of the building with its site and context. As Architects, we focus on the relationship of spaces to the site, considering views and sight lines, orientation, sunlight, topography, breezes and overall context. We collaborate with Landscape Architects to enrich the project and ensure that the entire property is being considered in the design. The vocabulary or "style" in which a building is articulated is always specific to the project. The following projects illustrate some of the buildings that JNA has designed. Building styles range from historic to modern. The image of a building, like every other aspect of it, is the result of our drive to create the best response to the interests of the Owner and the context in which the building exists. At JNA, we work very closely with our clients and pride ourselves on the relationships we establish and maintain throughout the process.
