Aaron Manor offers short-term rehabilitative care on our Transitional Care Unit to persons who are ready to leave the hospital but are not ready to return to their prior living arrangements. We are a comprehensive short-term rehabilitation program providing individualized care and treatment to people who have an illness or recent accident. Our program helps individuals regain the activities of daily living that are needed to return back to a lower level of care or their prior living arrangements. Our program offers a comprehensive, multidisciplinary approach to meeting each residents individual needs.
