Cincinnati Financial Corporation (CFC) markets commercial insurance policies and personal life insurance policies through a select group of independent agencies that offer its property casualty insurance products. CFC wholly owns four subsidiaries: The Cincinnati Insurance Company, CSU Producer Resources Inc., CFC Investment Company and CinFin Capital Management Company. The Cincinnati Insurance Company wholly owns the Company’s four insurance subsidiaries. The Company operates in four segments: commercial lines property casualty insurance, personal lines property casualty insurance, life insurance and investments. As of December 31, 2007, the Company markets insurance policies in 34 states through a select group of independent insurance agencies.
