We are a California based contractor, serving commercial customers throughout the entire United States including California, Nevada, Arizona, Texas,Tennessee, South Carolina, North Carolina and Virginia. We are a privately owned company who was incorporated in December of 1996. We have approximately 120 field technicians, 22 administrative staff, including our Project Managers. The center of our business is the design, installation, and servicing of LAN/WAN (Local & Wide Area Network), cabling systems and audiovisual systems. We are certified in various cabling solutions, so as to meet the demanding needs of our customers. Additionally, we hold several California Multiple Awards Schedule (CMAS) contracts and can offer large savings to our state and local agencies both in materials and labor cost. An important part of the Walker Comm philosophy is our Project Management team. As our customer, you will be assigned a Project Manager that will be with you from the inception of your project to completion. Our Project Manager has a minimum of five years in-the-field installation & leadership, before being brought up to their current position. Therefore, our Project Mangers have first hand experience in the complexities of the installation, design & time/cost analysis. You never have to deal with a sales person or other "in-betweens", ensuring continuity during your entire project. Sales people often have no "on-the-job" experience with actual cabling installation and time-management. We have no pushy sales people trying to represent one line or product over another. This ensures that our customers receive the proper product for their specific needs. These men and women are fully trained in cost-estimating, design and product knowledge, providing our customers with the best possible quality service. Upon completion of the project, each Project Manager will provide your company with fully documented test results, including AutoCAD documentation. Another part of our philosophy is the contractor/client relationship. Together with our experienced Project Managers and ample staff, it is our goal to create a long-term customer relationship. We believe that quality, in conjunction with excellent service, is the foundation for a successful and long lasting business endeavor.
