Teddy Bear Day Care and Preschool has been nurturing and educating children in Northern Virginia since 1972. Family-owned, we provide a secure, loving atmosphere, much like the comfort of a cherished teddy bear. Our HighScope curriculum, rooted in 'active participatory learning', engages children and staff as partners. Understanding the rapid development during early years, we focus on personalized learning to enhance language, math, social, and critical thinking skills. Our program supports emotional expression, self-control, and problem-solving. Parents are welcomed to contribute through open-door policy initiatives, while tailored activities guide children to reach their developmental milestones, enriching their preschool experience.
