At The Yoga Lab in Fairfax, our instructors teach an all-levels Hatha Yoga class, practiced slow-flow in a warm room. All ages and body types are welcome. Various styles of yoga are incorporated in an intelligent sequence of postures. Special attention is given to proper body alignment and weight distribution.
