Little Lions 45 Years Old: Our Little Lions program is fun and exciting for Kindergarten and pre-K kids. Through a foundation of martial arts, we develop important qualities such as focus, respect, and discipline. Kids Beginner Program: This is the start of your Black Belt journey! This class focuses on your flexibility, endurance, self-defense, and foundation of your martial arts skill set. Included in this is a character development program working on things such as respect, discipline, confidence, and integrity. Adult Classes: In this class, you will get a foundation of martial arts skills and self-defense and work on your fitness and flexibility. We are all about developing the best version of you!
