Omni Technologies Corporation was founded in 1983 by James L. Jossick in Newtown, Connecticut. Mr. Jossick relocated his new business to New Hampshire in 1985 after visiting the state where he was attracted by its "most livable state" credentials, open spaces and favorable tax laws. Since then Omni, now a New Hampshire corporation, has grown steadily and currently occupies a 30,000 square foot office and manufacturing complex in Brentwood, New Hampshire. Omni is proud to service over 200 Domestic and International customers, including all major automobile manufacturers. As we continue to grow our focus remains on providing the highest quality products combined with the best possible service and support. We are continually expanding our line of brazing and soldering products to meet the growing demands of the various industries we service. Our flexibility and resourcefulness allow us to customize manufacturing processes to meet and exceed virtually all customer requirements and expectations. In November 2007, Lucas-Milhaupt, Inc., a subsidiary of Handy & Harman, acquired Omni. Lucas-Milhaupt is North America's foremost supplier of brazing and soldering materials and a member of the Handy & Harman Precious Metals Group of companies, a global leader in the development and application of brazing technologies with offices throughout North America, Europe and Asia. Lucas-Milhaupt offers a complete selection of metal-joining products, comprehensive fabrication services and knowledgeable technical support to customers in the electrical/electronic, appliance, transportation and construction markets worldwide. The acquisition provides Omni the opportunity for growth and to continue to expand its growth into additional markets.
