Abeatchemist, Inc. is a Chicago, IL. based hip hop music Production Company created in 2001. The seed for Abeatchemist was planted after realizing the only way to make our musical dreams become a reality was to take control and "Do for Self." Abeatchemist is firmly committed to create, preserve and elevate the culture which nowadays so many loosely refer to as hip hop. Abeatchemist equates to the true meaning of art form. We sonically deliver the right musical landscape that harnesses creativity and emotion to both artists and companies. Our production range is endless, soulful yet gritty in nature. Abeatchemist easily moves from one sound texture to the next without compromising artistic fervor or expression. In 2002, Abeatchemist teamed with Sepiatone Entertainment and Xenon Films to provide the musical score for the Tupac Shakur DVD documentary "Before I Wake." To date the DVD has successfully sold more than 350,000 copies nationwide. Also in 2002, we released the well received debut album by Soul Survivas entitled, "The War of Art." In addition to producing and developing our own artists, we've worked with many local performers and companies to develop the right sound to fit their specific production needs. The vision of Abeatchemist continues to grow as we stay committed to providing quality production and sonic platforms for artistic expression.
