We manage the employment paperwork: W-4's, tax documents, and all payroll reporting. We assume liability including workers' compensation insurance, unemployment and liability insurance and payroll taxes, wage garnishments, and general liability. We provide weekly paychecks based upon hours worked or salary. We also provide direct deposit and debit cards. We pay for all bonuses, holiday pay, and benefits.
