BESA is a non-profit volunteer organization dedicated to children playing soccer. The organization and the individuals who participate in it are governed by the By- Laws of the Bedford Euless Soccer Association as well as the rules and regulations of the North Texas State Soccer Association and the United State Youth Soccer Association. BESA is governed by a volunteer Board of Directors which is elected at the spring general meeting. We hold monthly meetings which are open to any Team Manager, Coach or Parent. As we are a volunteer association, all board members, coaches, referees, and team representatives are individuals dedicated to seeing that children have the opportunity to participate in the game of soccer. It is the goal of BESA that all players will learn good sportsmanship, healthy competitiveness, and that each player improve their own individual soccer skills.
