In 1994 HIV Alliance became the only not-for-profit based health organization in Lane County whose mission is to support individuals living with HIV/AIDS and to prevent new HIV infections. In collaboration with volunteers and community partners, HIV Alliance assists and supports people of all cultures by offering health care and advocacy to those living with and affected by HIV and providing community education and providing outreach to empower individuals to make healthy choices.
