Jussi Hokkanen, the founder of Catalyst Advancement, LLC, established Catalyst Advancement, LLC to lead client businesses to significant growth in productivity utilizing his extensive knowledge and experience. As former senior Vice President of global human resources for Nokia, the leading telecommunications company, he used a variety of leadership and team development methods to facilitate the company's growth from 30,000 to 70,000 employees, and to generate preconditions to employees' contributions as their market share increased from 2% to 35 % over seven years. An intensive restructuring of the organization, processes improvement and transformation of the company culture were the main vehicles to increase efficiency in product development and production. This catapulted Nokia to the industry leader.
