Strategy Solutions, Inc. (SSI) is a business development firm that provides strategic planning and market research services to organizations and communities. SSI offers a number of "core" services including strategic planning, market research and implementation management support. SSI staff has more than 150 years combined experience in providing solutions and enhancing growth for health care, government, manufacturing and non-profit community organizations. SSI is certified in Pennsylvania as a Women's Business Enterprise (WBE). Because there are special needs for each of these industries, SSI has tailored programs such as Community Resources for Growth for regional planning and development, Community Health Assessment programs for health care organizations and Environmental Assessments for business and industry. SSI projects and clients have been recognized as "best practices" by the International Economic Development Council, the International Association of Facilitators, the Pennsylvania Departments of Health, Welfare and Education as well as US News & World Report. SSI also was part of the team that received a civil engineering award for their work on the public involvement phase of the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation Mobility Plan.
