Lewis & Fowler's project recovery process has been developed through our years of field experience in a variety of IT industries. Our approach has been successful in recovering and delivering both large projects and entire programs that have gone off track for a variety of reasons. We provide processes to deal with the "soft" aspects of project recovery, as well as the cost, schedule and technical performance aspects. We know that any project recovery approach requires good communication skills, a solid constitution on the part of project recovery participants, the willingness to "tell it as it is," and a toolset that provides immediate visibility into the core issues of the project.
