Palisades Financial (formerly William Procida, Inc.) is an Investment and Advisory firm specializing in stabilized and distressed Real Estate Investments and Small and Middle Market Companies. The firm functions in a number of capacities listed in our "Services Provided" section. We originate investment opportunities for institutional investment funds as well as our own capital. This consists of purchasing sub-performing and non-performing notes and mortgages secured by real estate and purchasing the fee interest in the real estate that requires various levels of redevelopment. The investment funds also provide mezzanine debt and equity for value added real estate opportunities and ground up developments. On the funds' behalf we identify, evaluate, and provide pricing recommendations in the capacity of Advisor or correspondent. Palisades Financial also maintains relationships with a number of conventional lenders for which we source business providing detailed project underwriting and project analysis in accordance with a industry standards for Commercial Real Estate Loan Underwriting Procedures for transition and stabilized properties and development projects. We can act as agent for the borrower seeking the best possible terms and conditions or provide pricing for a particular transaction on behalf of one or more of our preferred institutions. Additionally, Palisades Financial handles development management, asset management and complex workouts that cannot be easily liquidated, particularly partially built projects, redevelopments and bankruptcy situations. Lastly, Palisades Financial also provides conventional Real Estate Brokerage services. Since our inception in 1995 we have deployed in excess of $2 billion of capital.
