Over the past decade it has been expanded to further enhance the workflow for not only front end originators, but to assist wholesale operations track and control broker business. Additionally the expansion has covered grounds from data integration between other LOS systems to complete tracking and reporting capabilities. Currently, our clientele is comprised of businesses both small and large, from strict retail operations to wholesale entities purchasing loans and servicing payments. The Loan Energizer! web-access product was created to offer website-based offsite access to obtain automated underwriting decisions based on hypothetical scenarios or live loan data. It offers the end user the ability to check loans for approved program qualifications and review program guidelines that it may have qualified for, or been disqualified against. The end user has the opportunity to upload loan files, receive approvals, submission documents, and even run credit reports from their own accounts through the web-based systems. The level of user access can be completely controlled by the systems administrator to be permissive or restrictive based on the level of trust between the company and client. Offering this type of connectivity from a large scale perspective brings the ease-of-use to a broker desiring the path of least resistance.
