Knight & Peddycord is a business law firm located in Encinitas, CA, a coastal community just north of San Diego. Robert (Rob) Peddycord graduated with his Juris Doctorate from the University of San Diego School of Law, and was admitted to practice law by the California State Bar in 1977. Anticipating the business and legal impact of the then newly emerging personal computer, he founded the Computer Law and High Technology Section of the San Diego County Bar Assocaition (now the Intellectual Property Law Section). To keep abreast of ever changing laws applicable to his clients, Rob belongs to the California State Bar Business Law Seciton and the Intellectual Property Law Section, and he holds a California Real Estate Brokers license. Rob holds an AV® Peer Review Rating from Martindale-Hubbell, a testament to the fact that his peers rank him at the highest level of professional excellence. He continues this commitment to highly ethcial and preeminent legal representation. Rob is also a Sponsor of the Chairmens' RoundTable, a non-profit volunteer organization that provides free mentoring to San Diego County businesses. Active in local affairs, Rob belongs to the Encinitas Chamber of Commerce and the North County Bar Association.
