AMS Caregivers is committed to supporting community-based services and foundations and is a proud member or sponsor of the following:As Americans are living longer than ever and their adult children are increasingly called upon to care for them, the need for home health services has grown faster than ever. In 1997, when Ann Zimmerman and Marcia Leonard recognized a need for home health services in the Emmaus, Pennsylvania region they began to offer services as independent home health aids. During that year, Ann and Marcia contracted with the Lehigh County Agency on Aging to provide services thus beginning the partnership that has become AMS Caregivers, INC. AMS Caregivers is locally owned and operated by lifelong residents of our community. and is not part of a national franchise.
