CCMC has been the condominium management company for Point Emerald Villa Homeowners Association since the spring of 1993. We entered into our original agreement with CCMC to gain access to the strengths of a professional property management company that specialized in beach condominium operations and that was not associated with rental agencies or other real estate interests. CCMC provided that expertise. Over time, CCMC has evolved and has provided a broader range of services to our Association. The Association Board of Directors has a high level of confidence in CCMC and we work as a team for the benefit of the Association. CCMC has helped guide the Association through a change in resident managers, improvements to our accounting and budgeting, re-permitting our wastewater plant, and scheduled major maintenance and repair work. CCMC shepherded the Association through overlapping insurance claims related to extensive hurricane damage. CCMC also provides Point Emerald Villas Homeowners Association with access to purchasing strength and contractors that we would not have had available without our relationship with CCMC.
