Jaworski Physical Therapy, Inc. was founded in 1985, by Michael Jaworski, PT. The practice was established in accordance with the philosophy that each patient must be approached in a comprehensive and compassionate way. Our philosophy maintains that the use of skilled treatment must be paired with patient education relating to the prevention of injury and maintenance of physical health. Jaworski Physical Therapy, Inc. has grown to be a well-respected Outpatient Rehabilitation Agency serving Lorain and Western Cuyahoga County. Professional services have expanded to include physical, occupational, hand, vestibular, industrial, sports, pediatric and aquatic therapy. Athletic Trainers provide services to local high schools and clinic based treatment and wellness programs. A Social Worker is available for patient's with special needs. Wellness programs including instruction in fitness programs, injury prevention programs and adolescent obesity are also available. Detailed evaluations are completed for each patient at the time of their initial visit. These assist the therapist or trainer in developing the most effective treatment plan or wellness program possible. As all patient problems and goals are not the same, our experienced therapists know how to customize treatment plans and programs to meet the individual's specific needs. Our treatment plans and programs always include education and instruction in injury prevention. We feel it is important that you understand what is wrong and why. We do not feel we have done our job if we haven't taught you how to prevent a problem or injury from occurring again.
