Langan provides a full range of diversified storage tank services for our clients. These services have included development of guidance documents that summarize state specific regulatory requirements for multiple states for both aboveground (AST) and underground (UST) storage tanks. This has included the development of easy to follow compliance checklists to be used by our clients to perform self-audits of their storage tanks. Langan provides experience in registration procedures for both ASTs and USTs in multiple states and guidance on inspection procedures required by federal and state regulatory agencies. Langan has also developed both federal and state specific contingency plans for storage tanks including the federal Spill Prevention Countermeasures and Contingency Plan (SPCC) Plan and Facility Response Plan (FRP). Investigation services provided by Langan include review and identification of existing tanks to determine if state and federal specific tanks standards are meet, and closure and removal of storage tanks including complete oversight of the closure/removal procedures.
