Established in 1871as an affiliate of the United Church of Christ, Elmhurst College has become one of the most highly regarded liberal arts institutions of its size in the mid-west. With a non-sectarian student body of approximately 2,500 enrolled full- and part-time in bachelor's, master's and professional certification programs, the college offers a wide variety of majors and courses of instruction aimed at preparing graduates for careers in business, academia, the arts or for further studies in professional schools and disciplines.
