Servotronics, Inc. (Servotronics) designs, manufactures and markets advanced technology products consisting primarily of control components and consumer products consisting of knives and various types of cutlery. During the year ended December 31, 2007, approximately 45% of the Company’s revenues were derived from contracts with agencies of the United States Government or their prime contractors and their subcontractors. The Company’s Consumer Products Group (CPG) has developed products for government and military applications.
