Ulster-Greene ARC is a 501(C)(3) non-profit organization founded in 1956 by families in Ulster and Greene Counties who insisted that their children with disabilities have the same opportunities for schooling, vocational training and housing as any one else. These early pioneers established the first community-based services for people with disabilities in Ulster and Greene Counties. Our services focus on the individual choices of the people we serve and their families.
