The National Security Group, Inc. (NSG), incorporated on March 20, 1990 is an insurance holding company. The Company, through its three wholly owned subsidiaries, operates in two industry segments; property and casualty insurance and life insurance. The property and casualty subsidiaries of the Company, National Security Fire and Casualty (NSFC), and Omega One Insurance Company (Omega), primarily write personal lines coverage including dwelling fire and windstorm, homeowners, mobile homeowners, and personal non-standard automobile lines of insurance in eleven states. Property-casualty insurance is the significant industry segment accounting for 88% of total premium revenues.
