The Mission of the Imperial County Film Commission ICFC is to attract motion media companies to Imperial County, maximizing the countys economic potential by promoting location, accommodation, services and talent from the area. The ICFC also seeks to effectively mediate the permitting process between private owners, federal, state and local agencies and the motion media industry.
