Shenandoah Telecommunications Company is a diversified telecommunications holding company that, through its operating subsidiaries, provides both regulated and unregulated telecommunications services to end-user customers and other communications providers in the southeastern United States. The Company offers a suite of voice, video and data communications services based on the products and services provided by the Company’s operating subsidiaries. The Company offers many of its services over its own fiber optic network of approximately 647 miles at December 31, 2007. The main lines of the network follow the Interstate 81 corridor to the Pennsylvania state line and the Interstate 66 corridor in the northwestern part of Virginia.
