Monmouth Festival of the Arts, beginning with the Artists Gala Reception. Monmouth Reform Temple, 332 Hance Avenue, Tinton Falls, NJ. Meet the artists, enjoy a catered cocktail party, see the work of over 200 artists and have the opportunity to purchase their works. Gala visitors will receive a ticket to attend all other Festival activities, including artist demonstrations, Children's performance and workshops, video presentations, lectures and educational symposiums, from Sunday through Wednesday.
