The JM Power Center is a unique steroid free fitness center. We have a 10,000 square foot facility with a 40 yard indoor track. Our facility only employs degree certified personal trainers and strength coaches. We have a physical therapist on-site. We offer the state-of-art metabolic analysis. Using the same technology as the US Olympic Training Center, we are able to scientifically identify your complete metabolic and cardiovascular system. It is the only testing of its kind in Monmouth and Ocean Counties. Our goal at the JM Power Center is to provide the community with the most professional athletic development programs in the state. We consider fitness, nutrition and a positive attitude to be the three most important factors in the promotion of longevity and a fine quality of life.
