Eastport Health Care is a non-profit organization and in order to keep providing high quality services, a reasonable fee must be charged. We make every effort to keep down the cost of your health care. You can help by paying at the time of your visit. If you are having difficulty with your bill, please discuss this with us privately; we will be happy to answer questions regarding payment for services or our fees. The Health Center has available a sliding fee scale, based upon family income. Details will be provided on request when you pay your bill. Mastercard and Visa are also accepted.
