Moog Inc. is a designer, manufacturer and integrator of precision control components and systems. The Company’s products and systems include military and commercial aircraft flight controls, satellite positioning controls, controls for positioning gun barrels and automatic ammunition loading for military combat vehicles, controls for steering tactical and strategic missiles, and thrust vector controls for space launch vehicles. The Company operates in five segments, including Aircraft Controls, Space and Defense Controls, Industrial Systems, Components and Medical Devices. The Company’s manufacturing facilities are located in the United States, including facilities in New York, California, Utah, Virginia, North Carolina, Pennsylvania, Ohio and Illinois, and in Germany, England, Italy, Japan, the Philippines, Ireland and India. In May 2008, the Company announced the acquisition of CSA Engineering Inc.
