VirtualOfficeAmerica was founded in the late 1990s by a group of young CPAs that responded proactively to a client's request to help manage the financial information of several geographically disparate business from one location. Instead of relying on existing solutions and methods of service delivery, the entreprenurial group decided to start with a blank slate, in effect saying to the client, "If you could have anything you wanted, what would it look like?". From that simple question, VirtualOfficeAmerica was founded. And that question has remained our most-important and most-asked question to our clients. Although VirtualOfficeAmerica grew to the point where it was imperative to spin it off from the original group of CPAs to continue to provide excellent service, it is still run by its original founders, who have the same committment to high-quality, proactive, expectation-exceeding service for every single client, no matter how big or small, as the day the concept was first conceived.
