The O'Neal Strategy Group is a strategic consulting firm specializing in brand development, customer development, organizational development and the strategic application of technology--the basic building blocks of strategic clarity. Founded in 1994, the firm serves a wide range of clients from offices in Hartford, New York, Dallas and Orange County, CA. Unlike some consulting firms, we only have Senior Consultants. There are no junior members. These Senior Consultants have extensive experience in many industries, including healthcare, information technology, financial services, consumer goods, entertainment and travel and tourism. Helping clients achieve "strategic clarity" is our mission. To that end, we have developed a number of tools and processes.
