Tri-State Generation and Transmission Association Inc. is a wholesale supplier of electricity to 44 member distribution systems throughout Colorado, Nebraska, New Mexico and Wyoming. These member utilities, in turn, serve residences, farms, ranches, small towns, businesses and industries -- a total population of approximately 1 million people across a 250,000 square-mile area.
