The placement fee is based on a percentage of the starting annual base salary, exclusive of any hiring bonus or annual bonus. Fees are billed when an offer is made and accepted and the payment is due on the start date. CareerPros, LLC has always had a policy of extending a money back guarantee for a period of 60 days on every placement. An employee terminated within 60 days of employment results in CareerPros refunding all the fee paid except 1/60th of total fee for each day in the employment.
