Lee-Simpson was formerly a proprietorship established by O.P. Hess in 1918. Incorporated in 1958 under the name Yost Associates, Inc., the name changed to reflect new ownership in 1971, becoming Lee-Simpson Associates, Inc. A civil, environmental, and electrical engineering firm occupying 12,000 square feet of office space in DuBois, Pennsylvania, Lee-Simpson creates designs for airports, infrastructure, mining operations, electrical systems, wetlands and bridges, and performs inspections and surveys. We are widely recognized for our expertise in nearly every facet of engineering and have designed projects in nine states, as well as in some foreign countries. Our experienced staff is comprised of individuals with diverse educational backgrounds, encompassing a myriad of talents which we utilize to our clients' advantage. Maintaining close contact with our clients throughout a project allows us to ensure timely and reliable service. Our primary goal is to solve our clients' problems in line with quality engineering and resourceful and economical planning. A few of our local projects include the DuBois YMCA, the DuBois-Jefferson County Airport, the United Electrical Building, Riverside Warehouse and Office Complex, DuBois Public Library, and the Clearfield Firemen's Industrial Park. We have also completed bridge work for PennDOT and provided consulting services to local municipalities.
