In addition to the benefits of custom integration to customer's in house data, Verascape can capture publicly available information to aid in self-service processing and call handling decision making. The VeraServÔ voice processing architecture, on which all Verascape solutions are based, is scalable to carrier grade capacity and is based on established standards such as VoiceXML, SIP, and IP. Verascape operates two fully redundant, 24x7 processing centers. Every component in Verascape's processing centers has failover redundancy for maximum uptime. In addition, Verascape's processing centers have full roll-over capability in the event of catastrophic failure. Verascape's processing infrastructure is infinitely scalable and capable of processing hundreds of thousands of inbound and outbound calls per day. Verascape currently supports every major national telephony carrier, as well as several regional carriers, into its processing centers. We employ carrier advanced services such as in-the-cloud routing and transfer-back solutions with major carriers such as AT&T, Verizon, and Qwest.
