Salem Support Systems' Project Management approach has led many projects to successful implementation. Our Project Managers share an average of 12 years of management background. The key to our project management success is simple. We document each step in the project, and we discuss our progress and documentation with the client regularly to ensure client directed goals are being met. Our first step is working with the client to develop specific project deliverables. Salem's Project Manager then develops a Project Plan and identifies the resources necessary to reach the goals of the project. If a project gets off track for any reason, our Project Managers react quickly to refocus resources and re-evaluate project plans. We are well versed with many project planning tools, and we are pliable enough to use whichever product the client is most comfortable with.
