Strauss Group Instructors Corporation was founded in 2003 by a collection of educators who wanted share the experience of achieving excellence through teamwork and camaraderie. Pursuit of scientific precision and mastery of knowledge is both a self-discipline driven endeavour and a phenomenon combined with teaching, lecture, didactics, and communication. Most importantly, our agreed-upon approach was not to throw a body of monotonous material at the student and simply state "learn it", but rather take the student's motivation to inspire them to master the knowledge-if the student was lacking in motivation, then to discover the root cause.
