Chesapeake Utilities Corporation (Chesapeake) is a diversified utility company engaged directly or through subsidiaries, in natural gas distribution, transmission and marketing, propane distribution and wholesale marketing, advanced information services and other related businesses. Chesapeake is composed of four operating segments: natural gas, propane, advanced information services and other. The natural gas segment includes regulated natural gas distribution and transmission operations and also a non-regulated natural gas marketing operation. The propane segment includes non-regulated propane distribution and wholesale marketing operations. The advanced information services segment provides domestic and international clients with information technology-related business services and solutions for both enterprise and e-business applications.
