Van Shabu & Bar is a new, modern, innovative Asian Fusion hotpot and sushi sports bar in the heart of Savin Hill. Boston’s hotspots are gradually spreading into Dorchester, as the formerly notorious neighborhood continues to change. The owner, Karen, opened Van Shabu & Bar with the goal of bringing new experiences to customers and adding diversity to the Dorchester restaurant scenes.
