Sparnon Wetland Services, Inc. has provided quality environmental consulting services since 1996. As founder and President, Lisa J. Sparnon has not only brought her educational achievements, but also almost 20 years experience in the fields of wetland science, land surveying and civil engineering to offer a multidisciplinary approach to all her projects. Ms. Sparnon graduated from Hunter College of the City University of NY with a Bachelors degree in Geology and earned her Masters degree in Environmental Resource Management from East Stroudsburg University. She is certified as a Professional Wetland Scientist by the Society of Wetland Scientists and also DBE certified by the PA Dept. of Transporation. Our projects involve all aspects of both residential and commercial development. We serve municipalities, school districts, the Dept. of Transportation, civil engineers, developers, land surveyors, realtors, builders and private landowners.
