Corporate communications are a collection of processes which organize the internal and external communications of a company in order to deliver the desired message to an audience whether this is employees, stakeholders, the media or the general public. Components of corporate communications are corporate branding, corporate and organizational identity, corporate responsibility, corporate reputation, crisis communication, internal/employee communication, investor relations, public relations, issues management, media relations and company profiling. The three main communication forms in any business are management communication, marketing communication and organizational communication.
