PJ has continued the tradition of keeping the Lager House a premier spot for great Detroit music and entertainment. Bands and artists ranging from rock n' roll to country to indie rock to many others find their home here in a friendly family-like establishment. PJ is as well a proud home owner in Detroit and contributes to the community of Corktown where PJ's Lager House is located. As the Lager House did some years ago, PJ reopened a kitchen with a great selection of scratch made delectable dishes. Many different influences combined provide a unique and diverse menu including, but not limited to, fine New Orleans cuisine, catfish, gumbo, shrimp dishes, poy boys, mexican food, burritos, house made pico, vegetarian dishes, falafel, soups, and classics like burgers, chicken strips, hand battered onion rings, fries, and salads. All are made, including batters and sauces, from in-house recipes. So come on down and experience great food, music from great bands, and a eclectically decorated good atmosphere!
