Dr. Ponce de Leon's vision was to create a company that would become a preeminent, respected, and preferred consultant in program, project, and construction management. To better serve you, PMA has two wholly owned subsidiaries. Many of PMA's education sector engagements have been carried out by PMA Construction Services.
