E.L. Plumbing & Mechanical, Inc. is a plumbing and mechanical contracting business that specializes in the installation, maintenance, repair and upgrade of systems for the light industrial, heavy industrial and automotive markets nationwide. Our company was founded as a subchapter "S" corporation, owned and operated as a minority business by Gerald Peguese, President. Our fiscal year-end is March 31st. Our corporate office is headquartered at 6401 E. Seven Mile Road, Detroit, Michigan 48234. The majority of clientel are located in Detroit or the Metropolitan area. These clients are mostly automotive manufacturers or suppliers thereof. We also operate a southern branch office and fabrication facility located at 111 W. College St., Georgetown, Kentucky 40324. This location is positioned in such a way that it can service Toyota Motor Manufacturing, Ford Motor Company, General Motors Corporation, Nissan North America and Honda Motors of America Mfg. along with ancillary parts supply plants in the area. By operating two offices, both in different regions of the country, it allows us to better serve our customers that may have been cultivated from either office. We have the ability to stay competitive when the market changes. The regions we serve are typically in the Midwest states, as far south as Alabama, as far east as West Virginia and sometimes as far west as California. By our company being signatory with the UA Plumbers and Pipefitters, this allows us to hire quality tradesman from a local labor pool to ensure the projects are completed on time and to the customers quality expectations.
