Archive Impact was founded in 1994 by Kim Schroeder, a graduate of Wayne State University's Library and Information Science program who also holds a Graduate Certificate in Archival Administration. Her alma mater recently named Schroeder, Emerging Corporate Leader. She is supported by a multilingual team of information professionals with postgraduate training and degrees in library and information science and archives management. Since then, the team has succeeded in indexing more than 700,000 images and countless hours of footage for clients across North America.
