Founded in 1997, Paragon specializes in providing Information Technology talent to companies in Des Moines, Minneapolis and Omaha. We believe in being direct, thorough, and building relationships. That philosophy has spurred our growth and success. A majority of Paragon's employees are natives of Des Moines and Omaha and are actively involved in the community. Our Des Moines office holds its Friends of Friends fundraiser each April to benefit a local charity.
